Terms & Conditions
By applying to and participating in Generation Nordic 2026, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
To participate, you must:
- Be between 18 and 30 years old at the time of the event
- Be a resident of one of the Nordic regions: Finland, Aland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Iceland, or Greenland
2. Application process and timeline
- The application deadline is 1 June 2026
- Applicants can expect to receive a response by mid-June 2026
3. Participation and selection
Participation in Generation Nordic 2026 is based on a selection process. Only selected applicants will be offered to participate in the program.
If you are selected, you are expected to:
- Actively participate in the full program
- Attend all scheduled activities
Partial participation is not permitted.
4. What is included
Participation is free of charge for the selected participants. The program includes:
- Round-trip flights from your nearest airport to the Faroe Islands
- 3 nights accommodation in the Faroe Islands
- Full access to the Generation Nordic program
- Domestic transport related to the program
- Meals included as part of the official program
5. Travel arrangements and deposit
If selected, you must:
- Book your flights within 72 hours of receiving the email confirmation that you have been selected
- Use the designated travel agent appointed by the organiser
If we have not heard from you and your flight has not been booked within 72 hours after you receive your confirmation email, your place will be considered declined and offered to another applicant.
A depostit of DKK 3000 is required when booking your travel.
- The deposit will be fully refunded after the completion of the event
- If you cancel your participation or fail to attend, the deposit will not be refunded
If you choose a different travel route than the one propsed by the designated travel agent, you are resposible for covering any additional costs.
6. Participant responsibilities
By accepting a place in the program, you agree to:
- Participate actively and contribute to the event
- Respect the schedule and program structure
- Follow any practical instructions provided by the organiser
7. Insurance
Partcipants are not covered by insurance throught the program.
It is your responsibility to arrange appropriate travel insurance, including coverage for:
- Travel disruptions
- Health and medical needs
- Personal belongings
8. Changes and cancellations by organiser
The organiser reserve the right to make necessary changes to the program, including schedule, content, or logistics, if required.
In the unlikely event that the program is cancelled by the organiser, participants will be informed as soon as possible.
